I am looking for the cheapest basic bundle which includes WiFi, TV and a landline phone. Any help appreciated.

I would suggest you only Get TV - Internet bundle and for you phone purchase Ooma for abiut $100. You will then have free phone for life. You only have to pay Federal taxes about $3.50 per month! We have been using Ooma for over five years now. It works on the same principle as the cable companies phone that you pay $30 a month for!
