We have been in our home for over five years. While happy with our lawn maintenance, pest services, tree trimming, etc., we signed a year contract with Service Smart in 2013 because their service was all inclusive and, as such, less expensive. What a mistake! Due to lack of service and/or poor workmanship, we constantly made phone calls. We even had a Service Smart Salesperson stop by to suggest their services since our yard looked so bad. Of course we did not renew once our year was up. However, we were visited and told if we were agreeable to using them again, we were promised three months free service, all issues in lawn to be corrected (which they didn't do previously), no contract, etc. During that three months, we had one visit from Service Smart and have not heard from them since. Needless to say we are back to separate lawn maintenance, pest services, etc. We're just happy our previous service providers took us back as customers!
