Local community Gardens
 

On Monday, February 9, the community discussion group, Preserve Our Environment, will host a program about local community gardens. Our guest speaker will be Nick Brown, Master Gardener of Sumter County. He will discuss the established community gardens of Wildwood, Clarke Park, and Royal, as well as the newest community garden being established in Oxford, Fl. Come hear Nick describe the progress and challenges of community gardens. The event will be held in the community meeting room of United Church of Christ, 12514 C R 101, Oxford, Fl., from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Bring your friends and questions to this fascinating meeting.
