anyone else having problems loading the villages.com

I was looking to go to open houses but the pages will not load....Is it just me?

Yes, I can't open any of the tabs on the site.

I just tried it....the main page comes up, but the link to search for homes is not working.

glad to know its not just me and my lack of computer skills....

It does not load, it looks like a case of build out friction in the server.

Problems with the tee time system too...I suspect server problems with several of the Villages-hosted sites.

Played golf at Havana this morning.....credit card system was down.

Had this problem around the 5th and my realtor said that when there is a big snow storm in the Midwest so many people log on and surf combined with all those down here that the system crashes. She says they have upgraded it twice in the past two years but still happens in high season. Especially the map function on the home search pages. I had trouble with it not loading well every day till I started looking at 3 am. Thank goodness we found a house.

I used it last night 11/12 it was OK now I is out again. I am trying to help a friend find a house, no good deed something, something.

Wow, who would have ever thought that the people in the Midwest could cause such a problem! that is one smart Realtor! LOL:laugh:

I've also been having problems with The Villages web site the past two days. So it must be my fault logging in from the Chicago area. :ohdear:

Nope, sorry, the Realtor said Midwest! LOL

It has been down the past 3 days at least. I told my RE agent about it and he is suppose to be looking into it.
