Lake Sumter Truck Rally???
 

Anyone know what is happening today at LSL? Lots of trucks, horns, squealing tires and high rev engines. Does not seem like a normal Village approved activity.

Tried to post earlier but seemed to disappear.

Lots of foul mouth kids making lots of noise.

You know this for a fact or just assuming from the activity described?

I am sorry I said anything. I didn't know I was going to be questioned. It was Saturday afternoon around 3pm. Several big trucks with young guys driving and riding. That is no problem. I heard this one driver upset because some "f__king old people from Ohio couldn't f__king drive". He turned to the parking lot behind Subway. Several other trucks cruised there, some driving not too well. After they moved on I still enjoyed my walk around town.

They are one sort of inconsiderate that is either an isolated case or in the small percentage of the total.

They go on the same list of inconsiderates as the cranky residents and those that don't use turn signals, or blow through stop signs or flip the bird and drive to fast to no where. Which far outnumber the youth of the day inconsiderates.....in my humble opinion......but still only represent a very small percentage of the rest of us.

It's just a case of young vs. old. 45 years ago The Who sang about it in Young Man Blues.
