Two for One
 

Can we start of list of legitimate places that offer two for one drinks. RJ Gators advertises two for one all day every day, but their ad is bogus in that it only applies to "well drinks." Cody's offer two for one drinks from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Any others?

Cane Garden 3-5PM, Arnold Palmer 3-5PM, Hemingways 3-5PM---if you don't drink well drinks these watering holes are great

R.J. Gators should still have their 2 beers for $3.38. Not too bad for 12 ounce beers. I think the traditional 2 for 1 happy hours that we grew up with doesn't exist anymore. Most of our country clubs offer a discounted drink/beer/wine price during their happy hours and I think they are very reasonable. I know there are places that advertise 2 for 1, but in reality the regular price for one drink is quite a bit higher that what a typical patron would want to pay.
That being said, one of our favorite places offers 2 for 1 beers, but the regular price is $5 for a 14 ounce beer. Never would I pay that, BUT when you pay $2.50 for each beer, and you can split the round with your spouse, turns out to be a fair price. Just have to take each establishment and their happy hour offers on a case by case basis.
