Noticed a few cracks in my home ,any suggestions on a fix

And, just as important, why? Please make sure you learn why the cracks are occurring.

If it's a stucco home, cover it with vinyl siding.

We just noticed a ceiling cracking in our less than 3 year old Designer home. Any suggestions on who to call, see or get fixed?

Try calling the Warranty department and have them come out and look at it.

If the house is still under warranty they should take care of it. If not, they might be able to tell you what is causing the cracks and who to call to fix it.

You might want to get an independent review of the cracking. Frank D'angelo is excellent, he is quite thorough in his inspections. Minor cracking is probably not a concern. Cracking on outside walls, would be a red flag to me. Also, walk your property, if you see cracks inside, look outside in the same area, if you cracks outside, look inside.

Definitely have it looked at by a qualified home inspector, and preferably one like Frank who knows our area. It may well be nothing to worry about, but don't just let it go on without trying to find the cause.

Could you please be a bit more specific as to cracks? There are many different types of cracks typically found on a one year old home.

1) Drywall cracks- typically found in the inside corners, trayed ceilings, and along the ceiling especially where the ceiling changes direction, like in a peak. These are covered by your warranty, but they prefer to come out to fix these all at once, and since they can sometimes take months to appear it is better to have them all documented and include in your warranty inspection.

2) Driveway, Patio, Garage and Lanai floor cracks- when these are hairline cracks many times nothing is done. If they are larger, or if they vary in size or have differential movement, they should be addressed. Cracks found along the base of the home where the porch or patio meet the home are typically not addressed, as the footer is about 20 inches and the flatwork is only 4-6 inches. They are not attached, so there will always be constant movement. Caulking this typically causes more problems.

3- Vertical, Horizontal, and Step cracking on stucco- These have to be evaluated individually, and must be constantly kept up with. These are many times typical on a stucco home, and is usually just part of normal, ongoing maintenance.

4- Grout and tile cracks on tile floors. These should be addressed and monitored.

Wouldn't drywall cracks only be covered for one year?

I believe that the drywall cracks are covered for 1 year, believe it or not, our ceiling cracked four weeks AFTER our 1 year inspection, and just after the 1 year period. As the crack was minor, I did not pursue.
