Pertinent Cryptogram with solution
 

I was looking at today’s Cryptoquote in the St. Petersburg Times and for some reason it hit home. I found the sentiment rather touching and quit pertinent. I know some would share my feelings.
Though the Times doesn’t do it, I’ll give a clue like the Daily Sun does. I’ll even give two. But you still have to work for it a little.
