Calendar for Iphone

I would like a calendar that would show on the desktop of my laptop computer and sync to the calendar on my Iphone and remind me of my appointments. Any suggestions?

I use Pocket Informant for my iPhone and iPad calendars, tasks and contacts. I sync Informant with Google Calendar. So Calendar, with tasks and contacts, is available on all PC's and Informant is available on all your iDevices. I also use a product called Evernote for miscellaneous notes. That also syncs with Informant and so notes are available on all PC's and iDevices also.

Does it sync between the two? If so that's might be the best free option

Google Mail will sync with all your computers and phones. Be sure you use the IMAP version and not POP. I believe they will give you the option...

The IMAP version will keep all your devices updated...ie. you delete/add something from your computer, it will do the same on your iPhone, iPad; whatever. Same if you add something from your iPhone...it will automatically update your home computer...
