I am looking for someone to repair a Kenmore washing machine. Can you recommend someone? Thank you.

My washing machine, from Sears, is only 4 years old..and started putting holes in my clothes. I had someone out from Wildwood---and he said that it was spinning too fast--and to just wash everything on gentle or perm press. Well, now it is STILL putting holes in my clothes---and I don't know who to call. SEARS won't do anything--since the Frigidaire washer is off warranty....
Any recommendations?
