Can anyone recommend a new home inspector?

we used Robert Locke, owner, Advanced Home Inspectors. (352) 750-5148; cell (352) 874-9849. we found him to be professional and efficient.

We used Ray Comey 407-455-4518. He was recommended by Frank D'angelo, as Frank was too busy at the time. Ray was extremely thorough and we felt he was very reasonably priced.

Another vote for Frank DeAngelo but he is a busy man and is usually booked a month or two in advance. This attests to his competence.

We called Frank too, but he is booked way out - he suggested we call Tom Comer (352) 323-5715

Tom was here yesterday and was professional and VERY thorough - we got a detailed email last night from him and he also sent it to The Villages warranty department.

Frank would be first choice. Tom second. No third or fourth.
