does anyone know if the contrators layed the tile in the villas in Mission Hills up to the kitchen cabinets or ran it under? thanks.

Take a look at the point where the cabinet meets the floor. If there is a small moulding there, odds are they did not go under the cabinets. Saves quite a bit of material if flooring stops at the cabinet face, and easier to replace.

You can call the warranty department and find out.

Don't think they go all the way anywhere here, but warranty will know for sure.
