Come stay in our designer home centrally located in the Village of Hillsborough, off of Hillsborough Trail. Manatee Recreation Center is a quick walk down the street.

Our new Jasmine home is ready for you to enjoy.

-Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with table for 4, can seat up to 6 with leaf.
-Dining table with additional seating for 4, can seat up to 8 with leaf.
-Master bedroom includes a king size bed, walk-in closet, and a 32” TV.
-Master bath has double sinks, linen closet, and walk-in tiled shower.
-Guest bedroom is complete with queen bed, dresser, night stands and a TV.
-3rd bedroom is set up as a den with 2 cozy chairs and a 40" TV
-Inside laundry has new efficient Maytag washer & dryer, large closet, and sink.
-Living room is open with comfortable seating, a 55" TV, DVD player, and Apple TV.
-Bed linens, blankets, and towels are supplied for your convenience.

All taxes, utilities, cable TV (including DVR), trash, lawn service, and internet are included.

Weekly Rentals are available for 1/3 of the monthly rate.

Village Resident ID cards: $50 for a set of 2 (optional)

Rates based on 2 person occupancy

Check-in 3:00pm (first day of month), Check-out 10:00am (last day of month).

Rental policy:
50% of rental price (non-refundable if unit cannot be re-rented) and a $750 refundable security deposit due within 7 days of booking. Balance of rental price due 60 days prior to occupancy.
Cleaning fee of $125 deducted from security deposit returned within 30 days of departure.
