Looking for a Mortgage Holder
 

Looking to find a home in the villages preferably south of 466A that an investor would buy and do a lease for purchase. We have a pristine rental history for 8 years and due to unfortunate circumstances cannot get a conventional loan yet we would love to own. Have rented in The Villages for 17 months.
Looking for someone to hold the mortgage on a new home. Would pay up to 200 more than mortgage payment!!!!! No lose !!!
