Help! Can't find superfine sugar!

I need your help! Does anyone know anyplace that carries SUPERFINE sugar?
It is used for baking. The crystals are less than half the size of regular sugar, but it is not powered sugar. Using powdered sugar is not an option. I may try blasting regular sugar with my blender.

If you know where I can get superfine sugar, let me know! Thanks!

Walmart always had it. I bought it there before and it is listed on line.

Putting regular sugar in the blender will do the trick.

Good to know. I brought some from Ohio because I could not find it here.

You could probably order it from Amazon

You can find a lot of baking needs at King Arthur Flour and click on the shop on the top left hand corner. I buy all my cooking needs from them. You can also try Fresh Market and see if they have it. Good luck!

What I do is put regular sugar in the food processor and run it until the sugar is SUPER FINE.. Put it back in the bag andmark it super fine. Good for cold drinks too.

I am intimidated. I thought I was a veteran cook. What do you use it for exactly and for instance? I have never owned it.

Hats off to you RosyGail. So glad you are feelin' fine and cooking up a storm.

I use it in a recipe Creme d'frangelico It is decadently rich cream cheese mousse flavored with hazelnut liquor. It can also be used anytime you need the sugar to melt completely and quickly. In drinks (sweet tea), or it's good for Meringue also good for rimming margarita glasses!

All I can say is wow.

I have seen it at Publix near the regular sugar. It comes in a small container. It's great you seen iced drinks because it dissolves more easily than regular sugar.

I found a canister of it at Publix. It is 16 oz. Light blue and white. Says sugar in big letters and extra fine granulated in small letters. Took me a couple of trips down the aisle to spot it.

That container might be too small for what is needed for serious baking though.

I only use it in mojitos.
