2015 survey...singles and those widowed
 

This is to suggest that singles and those widowed offer the followihng suggestion:

Please allow those widowed and those single to hold a permanent guest pass that allows them to bring a guest (residing anywhere outside tv) to any event normally attended by couples, such as dances or meals.

I totally agree with this thought but being a realist, I really think it won't happen. :(

Anyone that comes up with a viable solution, I will be all ears and I'm not Ross Porot. :smiley:

MY version:

Any person with a resident ID, who is the sole "owner of record" of a TV home, shall have his or her ID signify that if he or she is accompanied by a second person, that second person shall have all the privileges of someone holding a TV guest ID.

I think maybe's idea is a good one. Could be optional.
