Small pool in historic district
 
Anyone know what the zoning set back requirements from the property line are for building a small pool/swim spa in a bird cage in the historic district. That is assuming they are allowed at all? Any shared knowledge on this or other restrictions a homeowner will face with this project will be greatly appreciated.
