Silly signs

I was just surfing the Amazon site for a do not soliciting sign for next to our new front door and then just started seeing really funny signs.

I saw one for Business Hours that was really funny and thought up this one.

Only contact during Awake Hours
AWAKE HOURS
AWAKE most days about 9 or 10
Occasionally as early as 7, but
SOME DAYS as late as 12 or 1.
We retire around 9 or 10, but
Sometimes as late as 12 or 1.
SOME DAYS or Afternoons we
aren’t here at all and lately
I’ve been here just about all the time,
except when I’m someplace else
but, I am usually dozing then too.

What silly signs have you seen?

The ones like the one on the end of our street. They are 8 sided and red and reads STOP. They must be silly as most people ignore them.:22yikes:

Today, I was at Rae Rae's.

You know the standard sign in restaurant restrooms that says...

Employees Must Wash Hands

Well, somebody had stuck a little sticker on their sign. The sticker said...

I waited. Nobody came in. So I washed my hands myself.

From a highway billboard:

"Texting while driving KILLS...

...for more driving tips, text *SAFETY* to 79191"

I need one of these where I live now. Is it much needed at TV?

Not trying to open a debate; I want the sign cause I'm weary of having THIS debate!

Thank goodness for that. I worked for Dick's for a year and a half and I would recommend that golfers stay away.

When I decided to take up golf again after 30 odd years away, I went to Dicks in Indianapolis for an inexpensive set of clubs for starters. The salesman there had been a pro in The Villages. He told me about The Villages. Before that, I hadn't heard of TV. So, I am indebted to Dicks for getting me here.

Sign on handicapped parking space:

"If you are not handicapped when you park here, you will be when you leave."

A septic tank truck on the highway in N. Carolina "We're No. 1 in the No. 2 Business"

We find the signs in our travels to be very funny. There is one on the bridge over the Avon river that says "It is dangerous to jump off this bridge." One park had a sign that said" Burglars are not allowed in park".
In Mexico a bar has a sign that says "Sorry we are open!" A restaurant in Russia called Meatheads.
