Dozens of Plant Vendors, outdoor showcase, march 21
The annual Master Gardener Plant and Garden Festival will be held from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 21 at the Wildwood Community Center.
The event will feature native plants, shrubs, perennials, annuals, herbs, garden art, butterfly plants, whimsical pottery, orchids, garden treasures and fertilizers. Those attending will have a chance to meet UF/IFAS Extension Horticulture Agents Jim Davis and Lloyd Singleton. “Ask the Master Gardener” volunteers will be on site to answer gardening questions. Admission is $1 per person. Children under 12 will be admitted free. Proceeds support UF/IFAS Sumter County Master Gardener events and outreach programs. Location, a tiny bit south of 466A on Powell Rd. |
