problem listing

I keep trying to list an item and it ends up as ERROR and says a notification has been sent. No one from Panjo is contacting me. I also emailed talkofthevillages.com.
Am trying to list a free large bottle brush shrub.
Anyone else having trouble posting items on Panjo?
