Confused
 

I'm new to this and haven't yet visited TV but plan to in the near future. I've been looking at the homes for sale and am a little confused. I noticed that two of the new listings listed the area as a family friendly neighborhood. I thought all of the villages were 55 and up. Am I wrong? Which ones should I avoid if I don't want to be surrounded by children?

There are two Villages that are there for the people who work in the villages. Everyone will let you know which ones they are.

I too am moving to TV with my wife as soon as we sell our home up north. We ran into the same thing while we were looking at resale ads, and were also told they were special villages set aside for the numerous people that work in TV. We are having a difficult time trying to decide whether we should buy new or get a resale. Can't wait to get down there so I can play some poker and my wife can get involved with Mahjong again.
