Who Can Beat Hillary?
 

Hillary Clinton will be the unchallenged democratic nominee for president in 2016, so who should she fear the most on the republican side. There are so many good choices. Donald Trump comes to mind, along with Dr Ben Carson, Marco Rubio, Jeb Bush, Mike Huckabee, Rand Paul, Ted Cruz, Rick Santorum, Rick Perry, Chris Christie.

Barack Obama beat Mitt Romney by 11% with women in 2012 (55% to 44%), and by 20 plus% among unmarried women, so it would seem that the GOP needs some help with women. The logical scenario would be to nominate a woman, but who?

Hillary will have an army of voters and volunteers all ready to go on day one of her campaign. Who are all the Villages voters ready to march with?

And O'Malley will knock her off her perch just like Obama did.

How could he not? He is much more qualified than Obama ever was (even today).

Fresh and clean and not an insider all pluses for him and minuses for same old same old Clintonism.

Unfortunately for Martin O'Malley, he is polling at 1% in the latest poll tied at the bottom with Jim Webb. O'Malley has to reach 15% in the polls just to be included in any debate. Most pundits think he is looking for a cabinet position in the future Clinton administration.

It's very close though. Hillary has 62%, O'Malley has 1%.

She was a lot more sale able back in 2008 and she still lost.

New Gallup poll finds Hillary Clinton top-rated 2016 candidate among women


Hillary Clinton tops the list of favorability ratings with women. Jeb Bush is at 32% and Scott Walker is at 17%, according to this new Gallup poll. It would seem that the GOP has their work cut out for them.

So what do the ratings provide?

I feel like a broken record but feel the need to keep reminding that she also topped the favorability ratings with women in 2007.....she lost to a MALE, dark horse candidate...virtual unknown....unqualified candidate....who talked a better game.

And that MALE, dark horse candidate...virtual unknown...blah, blah, blah, was able to raise one billion dollars to compete. Who on the horizon has that kind of star power?

Scott Walker compares 100,000 union workers to ISIS and wants to send US ground forces into Syria. Americans have seen how well that works.

Jeb is in favor of a pathway to citizenship as is Rubio. That dog isn't going to jump for conservative nut cases.
