WooHooo 4th of July!!!!
 
Well if the rain Gods didn't dampen things just a bit, I'd be smitten'. Down to SS at 4:30. Toojays, 4:30, 5:00. then the sky opened up and a deluge of wet, pouring soaking 4 inch per hour mass dumped upon us. Hub and I ran in KB's. and were much obliged with their dry and grateful warmth. After an hour, the rain stopped, we gathered our soaked belongings and headed home.....Unpacking the golf cart, I could hear SS go wild!! We went back.......A few phone calls, and everyone was scrambling, getting cars, meeting here and there. Rocky and his Rollers were ravished and ate all the goodies I made. Thanks to gladware! Thank you rain Gods, they were saying!!! Well, I danced and had a blast. Headed home.... Called some TOTV peeps and they were headed to Truman. Hub, hungry and tired said....GO!!! So, I went....to Truman...found it, when I saw about 50 peeps?? tailgating and I pulled in and there were all my TOTV friends, and then some......Thanks for a memorable (handie, nice to have finally met you, you, you....never mind!!) great time!!!! This is a great place to call home!! Thanks!!!!!!

Sounds like a great time was had by all!! I had other commitments or I'd have been there.

It was one great time. Meeting old and new friends, lighting sparklers, drinking, eating, chatting, laughing...

Hopefully this will be the beginning of a new tradition...

Thank you Handie! (Only next time I will volunteer to be Handie's assistant...so details will be a little clearer...no offense Handie.... ;D)

What a great time... I'm so glad I'm gonna live here with all of you and I wish those who weren't in TV this time, will be with us next time. It will be a yearly event, I can promise you that.

Thank you to all the peeps that made all the munchies, brought tables, sparklers, etc You guys did a great job! :bigthumbsup:

So nice to meet all new peeps from TOTV.....Thanks SteveNY and the real Julia for the ride..It was fun! Nice meting my neighbors from New York..

..I cannot wait to live here full time!

It was just GREAT, we had so much fun we didn't even watch the fireworks..LOL

We had such a wonderful time.
Bright.... the table was divine, candles & tablecloth , very elegant tailgating.
Chels and Stephen thanks for the ride, an experiences that.
If you missed the party definately put it on the calendar for next year.
