Suwannee River Cruise and Wildlife tour
 

For a wonderful day trip, I highly recommend Suwannee Guides and Outfitters, 352-542-8331 (ask for Kay). They operate out of Suwannee, Fl., about a 2.5 hour drive. We took our friends for their anniversary, and had a wonderful time. Saw eagles, ospreys, alligators, turtles and watched a manatee surface 4 times right near the boat! There is also a wonderful seafood restaurant right in the town and the food is plentiful and delicious.

How long was the trip? Sounds nice.

It is a 2 1/2 hour drive, but well worth the trip. I was up to Suwannee Park for Springfest last weekend. Beautiful area.
