Wow - that's a big one! Now, is that a happy face, or an "I'm gonna get you" face? I wouldn't suggest getting close enough to find out!

This big guy was in the pond near the 7th tee on Kildeer @ Evans prairie.

A gator that large needs to be relocated by FWC. Hopefully, the proper wildlife trapper has been called before someone (or someone's pet) gets hurt - then in would be a different ending for the gator. It's the time of year they protect their young, so even more aggressive than usual.

In TV, large or nuisance gators are removed by approved individuals who kill them. They are not relocated! Best to leave gators alone and not complain if you want them to live

It was too good not to share! Haven't seen him since.

Hope he stays elusive and no one bothers him. He was here first!!

We should tread lightly, this is an amazing place due to the fascinating wildlife. Let's not ruin that!

People need to be smart. Don't walk your dogs next to a pond especially at this time of year.Hopefully no one calls anyone because that would be the end of this magnificent creature. As Dotti said he was here first! Leave him alone and observe from a safe distance. You're welcome Dotti!

We seen one on redfish run tuesday. Observe from a distance and respect their space. Just amazes me how people can be stupid enough to put their pets in danger by walking them near another wild animal's domain

They do not relocate gators just because they have gotten big. If a gator over 4 feet long has become a nuisance, it is killed. Only those less than 4' are relocated.
