T&D Concrete expanded our driveway. We had the golf cart garage driveway surface lengthened to the street to allow easier access to the garage and adding an extra place to park in the driveway. T&D came out, gave us a written estimate, applied for the ARC approval for us, (which took about 30 days +/-), moved and re-routed the sprinkler heads in the area, used solid rebar and integrated the look to the existing driveway (with concrete cuts). They fit us in to their schedule (we weren't in a great hurry), which was reasonable. It was done in a two day process. They completely cleaned up the work area.
More plusses: We didn't have to be here when the work was done. They billed us for the final payment when the work was finished and we were able to pay using a credit card. They also advised during the estimate process that an expansion to the driveway would likely be declined by the ARC AFTER the developer turns the Section over to the CDD, as there may be a rule somewhere on this (???) and it has already happened within the earlier CDDs. (I don't know if this is true, but I have seen some discussion on the subject on TOTV.)
They are professional, neat, reliable and keep you informed during the process. We highly recommend T&D for any concrete work that is needed and will use them if/when we expand our lanai/patio.
