Computer repair

My MacBook Air has a virus..ugh! Any advice on where to take it for repair. Hoping it won't cost and arm and a leg. Thanks for any input.

Contact somebody in the Mac club. Some of the members also provide repair services.

Tell us what your MacBook is doing. It's highly unlikely you have a virus...

Are you sure it is a virus and not an adware? Adware will look very much like a virus. It slows everything down and causes Internet (Safari) problems. You can try AdAwareMedic before you start looking for viruses.
