Need recommendations for putting in a 9x20 screen room (birdcage?)

Adding a screen room on the side of our home(checked it's ok) and would appreciate recommendations from someone both good and competitively priced. There is a 9x9 cement pad but we would like it to be 9x20 or close. We have room for 9x 30 but it is just a dog run and cat enclosure.

9 is tight. Can you go to 10? Think of a table and 4 chairs.

I'm sure we paid too much (seems we fInd that out every day on this site) but we used T&D and were extremely pleased. We had the porch added before we moved. I spoke with and emailed with the T&D folks. All was done without us being in TV. I'm interested in your comment about the cat enclosure. Our cat certainly thinks the porches are hers.

We added additional safety fencing inside the Lanai for our cat, and yes this is her personal 12 by 31 foot space.............
