Had appt today at one for estimate. Fellow was supposed to call last night to confirm. He didn't call so I figured he just forgot Rushed home and waited for his arrival. At 2:15 pm he still wasn't here so I called office. He said he forgot but would arrive in 1/2 hr. One hr later he arrived, we discussed and then when I asked to see sample fabrics he did not have the book. Needless to say but I will move on to some other company

Tired of the run-around.
 

What is wrong with big/small businesses today? Does no one write down appts anymore or make courtesy calls? Have they got so much business that they don't care if a customer falls through the cracks? How about integrity?

I am having so many problems with people in the service industry and I'm tired of being walked all over. :cus:

It's a different generation of people providing service nowadays and a lot of them just don't give a crap. It seems like it's really gotten that way in the last 5 years or so.
