ULTA Beauty Coming near Steinmart
 

The other on line Villages news reports that ULTA Beauty will be joining Stein Mart in a 52,000-square-foot retail development being constructed at the Lady Lake Crossing shopping plaza. Also it says that Steinmart will open two weeks before Thanksgiving.


ULTA Beauty and Stein Mart are two of the three tenants going in at the new retail development under construction behind McDonalds and Tire Kingdom on U.S. Hwy. 27/441 across from Lady Lake Town Hall.
The third tenant has not been announced.

During the fourth quarter of 2014, Ulta Beauty opened 10 stores located in Anaheim, Calif.; Bellevue, Wash.; Howell, N.J.; Las Cruces, N.M.; Ontario, Ohio; Palm Coast, Fl.; Pflugerville, Texas; Rocklin, Calif; San Antonio, Texas and Saratoga Springs, N.Y. Ulta Beauty ended the fourth quarter with 774 stores and square footage of 8,182,404 which represents a 14 percent increase in square footage compared to the fourth quarter of fiscal 2013.
The retail space is being developed by Benchmark Development Corp.
Stein Mart is targeting an opening two weeks before Thanksgiving, said Martin Dellebovi of Benchmark.

I have been asking Ulta to come here for the past two years. I used them in Miami. I usually buy online now because I don't get to the Ocala store frequently enough. I am very happy!!!! Yeah!!!!
