amenities fee bill needed

I am back in Seattle and I had thought that my monthly amenities bill with the water etc. would come here but I haven't gotten anything. I closed the middle of last month. My mail person is different every day and quite often my mail ends up in other peoples boxes so it may have gotten lost. I don't know who to contact to get a replacement or who to pay. They said all the info would be sent to me here and I have no contact numbers. Can anyone help me with a number to call.
I could contact the McLin Burnsed closing people but as they are swamped and not great at returning calls I thought I would ask if any of you had a contact number for the billing office. Oh by the way I am in Tamarind Grove if that matters.

Call the sales office, when at loss for answers that is always a good place to start. They field all kinds of calls and can provide all kinds of answers or find someone who can.

But first.....Did you have your mail forwarded to you in Seattle by contacting the U.S. Post Office?

When we closed in February 2014 the first amenities bill took 2 months to arrive. They have to manually figure out the amounts from your closing date until the end of the billing period. If you have trouble getting your mail I would make sure that you have your bill along with SECO and TECO debited from your checking account.

We closed on a spec home in Nov. of 2011 by mail but didn't take possession till Feb. of 2012. It never occurred to me to contact anyone! (my bad) When we came down and were given keys to our mailbox, there were four months' worth of amenities bills in there! No late notices or attempts to contact us.

Despite the fact that they have your home address, they will not contact you. Best for you to contact them pronto.

I have my amenities and SECO bill directly paid each month through my checking account. That way you never have to worry about it not getting paid on time. Also, they still send you a notice in the mail of how much it will be that month. SECO sends it way in advance and it says right on the statement that the amount will be deducted from checking account.

Bare is one of the fortunate ones to also have gas for cooking & heating.

THAT IS THE TICKET :bigbow:
I called and they said that they are taking 6 to 8 weeks for new account set up and to call back in Mid June. Also the advice from you guys on having it set up for direct debit from your checking is spot on as all other forms of online payment carry a 1% to 2.4% fee. So thanks for the info. I just hate to owe anybody any money ever so a late bill drives me nuts.

You can pay online at Village Community Development Districts, my bill just came today and that was on the bottom of the bill.

The woman on the phone said that if you put to a charge of debit card the billing company charges a 2.40% processing fee, or a minimum of $3.00. She also said I can't pay until the account is transferred to our name and they are taking about 2 months to complete. But thanks for the link.
