Help! Lost Folders
 

In our email we have lost some folders.
Is there anyway to recover them?

Double check all of your other folders, I can not tell you how many times, I accidentally MOVED a folder and it became a subfolder of another folder, and was not visible unless I had the first folder opened. If that does not work, try looking in your recycle bin, and use the restore function.

Who is your email provider? What kind of a file was it? photo, pdf, document?

Every mail provider is different. What Email provider are you using? There should be a recovery feature.
