Need a lawyer referral
 

We need to have a will and trust, ( legal papers) done. I do realize there are previous threads on here with recommendations, but some are "old." We would appreciate any recommendations, phone numbers, locations and costs. We are not in this field and do not want to be taken advantage of. Thank you everyone.

As another commented, it will depend on the complexity of your assets and wishes. I will tell you, ours was quite simple and had a trust made, including the $100 charge to re-deed our home to the trust it cost $525.00. We also went to another attorney first and she was double the price for the same work. It took no more than a week to have drawn up and signed. Good luck!

Andrew Curtis, attorney located in Fruitland Park, is an excellent source for wills and trusts. He has done thousands of trusts. He did ours about 3 years ago and we were very pleased with his work and the reasonableness of his fees.
