Poor soul, doing what is right and will probably be badly treated and criticised by many in her community.

Two wrongs never make a right and burning something down does not bring respect to you and your cause.

Police brutality is wrong and burning down things is wrong and using this as an excuse for looting makes my blood boil..

The city's Family Welfare Department will probably go after her for "child abuse". Imagine, a mother wacking her poor little child just because of a little looting.:jester:

If a father was hitting his daughter like that, would people be saying, "Go Dad"??

If she was looting, burning, causing mayhem, I would hope that the answer would be yes. The hitting was not the point. Being a responsible parent by confronting her child is the point. She may have saved that boys life today.

That mother ought to be publicly celebrated by that community because you know the more likely scenario is far more of those parents praised their kids for standing up to those pigs and "the man's" injustices.

The news is now showing other parents coming out to drag their kids home.
