Pat will find you every popped sheetrock nail and other minor things; he will, however, also find you any major problems and spell everything out for you in a clear, comprehensive report. His fee last year was $199; have no idea for this year.

We also used Pat DiGiola a few weeks ago. He was extremely thorough, and we were very pleased with him. Got an email from him that evening after doing the inspection that contained a complete report of his findings. Found out today everything notated in Pat's report has been taken care of by our seller. His price is $199.00. We would highly recommend him.

I just had my new home inspected last Friday by Tom Comer. He did both home and pest/termite inspection. I would highly recommend him. he was very through. Much better than the last one I used.

We have a bid on a Savannah Villa 2/2. It is a cutie like you all know. .... it was just what we were hoping to find..........It's a resale in good condition.

We are very excited and it's so nice to have a feeling as though we KNOW some neighbors (TOTV) already.
