Tonight's Sunset

Look before it's gone....beautiful colors tonight! My phone or iPad can't get a good picture.

I love sunsets. This one was taken 10 days ago back in Ohio at one of my favorite locations in Urbana.

Thanks! This picture of a B-25 was taken on the same evening that the last two surviving Doolittle Raiders were honored at National Museum of the U.S. Air Force in Dayton. My thoughts were not on the sunset that evening.

Tonights sunset WAS spectacular

Bonny 04-29-2015 08:38 PM

We were sitting outside at RJ Gators with some friends. The sky was beautiful !!

Saly, Bonny, I was sitting in my living room, looked out through the slider and was amazed. There are a number of trees blocking our view of the sky, but what was glowing through the trees was spectacular! Tried to capture what I saw with phone and iPad, but they aren't the best for this type of photography.....so I just watched and watched.

Here's a pic of tonight's sunset in Lake Sumter. I didn't take it. I stole it from Facebook.

We were looking through our camera phones thinking of taking a picture, but it just wasn't showing up as good as we hoped.

I have a couple of 35mm cameras and they sit, unused....phone and iPad used all the time now.....but neither took a good picture of tonight's sunset. One of these days I'll have to take one of the cameras out, try and remember how to use it...lol...and be ready for another brilliantly lit sky.

here's one attempt to capture the sunset in the Village of Pinellas, it will probably look a little different to everyone due to their computer settings

My wife sent me pics on it; said it was absolutely stunning. Can't wait to get there and see them.
