Hello TOTVers, we are official. They countered our offer for the villa and we agreed. We close August 29. Snowbirds for now for sure......our first grandbaby is expected October 4.

It's in Bonnybrook. I love that name.

We thank you for your help and funny blogs and all the other wonderful help you've given us. I want to personally thank those who thought of this wonderful TOTV. What a wealth of information and warmth.

Wow. Wonderful things are happening for you two!! How terrific to be expecting your first grandchild!! There are plenty of us to tell you, that until a grandchild comes into your life, most people don't know how crazy it is. I have several volumes of pictures I would love to show you.

Grandchildren are the most wonderful blessing and a joy in not only the parents lives but the grandparents as well.

The Villages is also a joy...and a place to meet new friends, relax, play, and have fun.

You are blessed with two of the best worlds.
