A Vegan Mini-Mall Has Just Opened in Portland OR

There is a place where vegans can go and never have to worry about running across something derived from an animal: The world's first vegan mini-mall in Portland, Oregon.

So what do you think?

Good for them, but we don't need a Mini-Mall to be vegan. I'd like to see a vegan restaurant open in The Villages, one that serves truly healthy foods.
No baked goods made with white flour. No high sodium soups. No white flour pasta gooped-up with mayonnaise. No soda machine or ice cream machine.

I'd go there but as far as going out, we only go out for breakfast about 3 or 4 times a week. I'd like to know what a vegan restaurant serves for breakfast.

I'm not a vegan so I will leave it to those who know to respond.

What is vegan about sausage, Canadian bacon and sausage gravy? If I had known you could eat that, I would be 100% vegan instead of 90%.

I may have to reconsider my position if I get to have bacon.
