Need landscape company to just fertilize, weed/control

Massey wants $232 for a yearly service which includes fertilizing lawn and bushes and putting stuff down to prevent fungus.

I have patio villa..just boxwood and potocarus..no flowers..easy maintenance. Yard is small as most know.

Any know of someone cheaper to do this service?

I do have someone that mows and trims my bushes. That isn't needed.
