Stonybrook, alternate kitchen plan
 

I thought there may have been an alternate floor plan for the kitchen in the Stonybrook. Is anyone familiar with this and if so where could I get the floorplan? Thanks.

I think the model similar to the Stonybrook is called the Fairmont. That floor plan had the option of a different kitchen layout.

You should be able to find the layout on the Villages web site under Model Home Gallery.

There is an open kitchen floor plan and a closed kitchen floor plan. I would think any Village real estate agent can help you with a floor plan or check at a sales office.
