Owner's first request is a 1 year lease (or 9 or 18 month) for this UNfurnished home (all appliances are there) at $1,799/mo starting any time June, July, or Aug. (Tenant would pay elec and cable/Wifi).

If not rented long term by Sept 1st, then it will be furnished high end & become open for snowbirds Jan-Mar 2016 at $3,750/mo with lower rates for this fall and spring/summer 2016.
