I was having a problem because ITunes on my computer wouldn't sync with my IPod (ugh). I brought both to MMD Computer Center in Lady Lake (325.750.3707) for service. 2 hours later they called and the problem was solved. I paid them a modest fee for their time/labor ( they had to reinstall a "broken " driver. All is good. I then add more tunes to ITunes and attach the IPod and no sync. UGH again. So I called the store and they established a remote connection to my computer and tried to fix the problem. They couldn't do it remotely (UGH again) so they asked if I could bring the PC back to their store. There they immediately went to work solving the problem. They solved it while I waited (YAY). They informed me that I probably was using a sub-standard connection cable and to buy a better one. I did so and no problems. They fixed the second problem without charge AND one that I caused being cheap and using a sub-standard cord.
So a big shout for them.
