My mother was once on the receiving end of a flasher. I doubt he ever showed his parts again. Mom was very quick witted, the kind of person you wanted around in an emergency. He flashed. She laughed and asked, "Why would you want to show THAT off?"

This occurred at 3 a.m. in the parking lot in back of one of the late hours bars at Spanish Springs.

The dude was passed out drunk on the hood of a car. Yes, "it" was out, according to the cop.

The officer did the right thing in arresting the guy - but a charge of indecent exposure? Get real. At 3 a.m., who is there that it would bother? Drunk in public works for hauling him in to the lockup.

Good possibility now is the drunk guy could now have to be on the sex offender list for years to come. Ridiculous!

The guy had been drinking, he had to take a whiz, he passed out before he could secure his junk. It is a medical condition called “Peter Out”.

Makes for catchy headline, my point is why do I need to know that?

I thought this was about the large guy that rides one of those electric scooters all the time and has his but cheeks dangling out the back.

Obviously, the guy arrested was over served by some bartender...
