So, these are in Lake county? No bond......????

opens houses today are all sold before they even started.

Am back up North so I can't be sure what you are referencing...but if this is a new area of the Villages Fruitland Park expansion - that is in Lake County and Lake County does not use bonds for development. Infrastructure cost would likely be built into the cost of the house.
