Bobcat on Del Mar
I have seen bobcats, coyotes, snakes, alligators, baby boar and even a jaguar on the golf courses. However, on Monday about 9:15 AM as I passed through the gate and crossed DelMar at Avienda Central I noticed a bobcat that exited from the carriage houses on Del Mar run across Del Mar and ducked into a rainwater drain to my right. Clearly a bobcat with pointy ears and a short tai, al furry little critter. Maybe its dating a ferral cat in the area?

Bobcats, not a problem...but a Jaguar???

Jaguar? Maybe a Florida panther, but i doubt it. they are very skittish and not seen in this area for many years

I had a bobcat under a tree in my front yard early one morning in Sanibel.
I now look around first before picking up the paper in the driveway. |

My only guess is that Florida Wildlife put them there to deal with the pig problem at that course. |
