Irresponsible Owners
 
Took a golf cart ride to Pinellas Plaza. As I went by Palmetto Golf course on Pinellas, I noticed that some irresponsible owner had allowed thier dog to take a c__p on the sidewalk. What is wrong with people? Where did they grow up? Don't they have any pride in thier community?
I just don't get it.....

Irresponsible pet owners really do suck!
Fortunately 99%of pet owners here in TV are responsible and caring owners.
Wish I knew how to get through to the 1% who suck!!!

I get it. It's called "LAZY". Stinking lazy.

And, the o.p. does have a legitimate complaint. He said "i noticed that some irresponsible owner.....". SINGULAR "owner", not "all" or "most".

Way to go Cisco!!! lol... I have to say that I never laugh at poo whether it be from the tush of a hopefully leashed dog being walked by their owners or from a non-housed animal (rabbit, cat etc). So one needs to walk with a watchful eye and understand that what may have left that little gift was not accompanied by two-legged friend without a plastic baggie.
