DR Nguyen has lost his lease in The Villages
 

ON my visit today to Dr Nguyen's office just off Rolling Acres Rd near Home Depot, there is a big sign on the door that Dr Nguyen will only be seeing patients at this location until June 12th...after that time you need to drive to his office in Maitland Florida about 1 1/2 hours away.

I spoke to Jean his PA and said they just learned yesterday that the Dr who owns the practice (location) is closing shop and he/she sold to someone who will be using the space 5 days a week. In the meantime, Dr Nguyen is seriously looking for space in and around TV using a real estate broker and other means, but until something is found he will have no local presence in and around The Villages.

So plan accordingly!!

He is certainly worth driving to Maitland until he finds digs in TV.

Hopefully it'll be soon. The drive to Maitland is around an hour from TV and when I-4 East goes down one lane, the traffic will be horrific but he is still worth it!
