I have heard of Groupon but never used the site. Do you have to buy a membership? I looked at your link and it seems there is a cost to get the coupon...right or wrong?

Nope no charge, and no gimmicks re Groupon. Just follow the instructions and in this case pay the $8 via CC or Paypal (I think), and you'll immediately get an email with the voucher. Print and bring to the establishment.
Gotta think business is slow at Square1 as this is a good deal for the consumer - 'course it brings in customers and they hope we spend a lot more to make up the $8 gimmee.
