Well finally the Apple Hospitality has gone public. Now what do I do get out while the getting good or stay on for the ride. Opinions anyone?

I would hold on to it until after the dust from the tender offer settles on June 22. It's paying a decent monthly dividend compared to other REITs. If and when it reaches your original purchase cost, consider selling some or all if your not comfortable. But you'll be hardpressed to see that same return today.
