Cricket Cell Phone Service
 

There has been some discussion on the best cell phone service here in the Villages, but I have not seen anything about Cricket Cell service.

We are looking to possibly change service to Cricket because the price of Verizon has gone to $135.00/month plus taxes and service charges and one of our phones does not have a data package, only talk. Cricket would be $70/month everything included for 2 phones, unlimited Talk and text and high speed data.

Sounds tempting. Any comments?

Have used cricket for over year and half now....very very reliable service throughout the Villages and our travels in florida. We have one phone..unlimited text, calls and more data than I can use in month for $35. (Including Taxes and Fee's with credit card auto pay sign up. $40 a month without). Strongly recommend!!!

We have had cricket for about a year. Is it perfect? No. It is as reliable as our friends with different carriers, who all pay more.

Cricket uses att towers, great signal. If you have five lines on your account its only $100 with tax.TOTAL. That price can not be beat for quality unlimited, talk text and data. Although they do throttle speed after 2.5 gigabits per line.

we've had cricket for over a year now with no problems great coverage using AT&t towers....we have 2 phones unlimited talk, text and data for $70 with auto pay that includes tax....you can bring your own phone and port your old number also.....great deal

We've used Cricket about 2 years and are very pleased. No dropped calls! They are owned by ATT and use their towers. No contract. Taxes included. It's a great deal.

Is it a good service when you travel also?? And do you get internet and GPS, texting, etc?
